Pressure Washing in Brisbane & Ipswich

Concrete goes green and black slowly enough that you stop noticing. Washing it back is the fastest visible improvement most properties can get.

Brisbane's humidity puts a film of mould, algae and grime over any hard surface that does not get full sun. Driveways, footpaths, patios, pool surrounds, retaining walls and fences all pick it up, and it happens gradually enough that most people stop seeing it until it is washed off and the difference is obvious.

Zac pressure washes concrete, pavers, tiles, brick and Colorbond back to their proper colour. Beyond appearance, a washed path or pool surround is meaningfully less slippery in the wet, which matters if you have kids or older family using it.

It is a popular one before a property goes on the market or before an end-of-lease inspection, where a clean driveway changes the first impression of the whole place.

Common questions

How much does pressure washing cost?
It starts at $60 and is priced on the area and how heavily soiled it is. A small entry path is a quick job; a full driveway plus patio takes considerably longer. Send Zac a photo on WhatsApp and he can give you a realistic number.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?
Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. Concrete takes a good deal more than soft sandstone or old, loose-jointed pavers, so the approach gets adjusted to what is being cleaned.
Do I need to supply water?
Access to an outside tap is generally all that is needed. If your property does not have one available, mention it when you book so it can be sorted before the visit.
